The best cutting machine?

I have before buying a machine stamped, but I do not know which is the best. I want to use it to great Scallops cut to circles birthday banners, cake toppers, etc. Would the Big Shot Sizzix but the best for this? The author or Cricut, The Cricut Expression? I'm soooo confused! I really do not know what about these machines and would really like a little help and advice

The Cricut Expression is electric. You need to insert it, and it uses cartridges. You can change the size of what you explain. But it runs about 6x times more than a Sizzix Big Shot. I have the Sizzix Big Kick. It can cross through many different materials. It uses cartridges does not die. It can die all other companies, Cuttlebug, Spellbinders and quikkutz.
