the difference between 45 degrees Quilling Fringer and 90, it will affect the outcome.?
I do not mean quilling and quilting. I need someone with quilling or a / k / a paper fillagree knowledge. I am that is a debate, because they are so expensive, r better. Now I think there r two ways. 45 degrees and 90 degrees? Please help? Quilling is a forgotten talent, or so it looks, I was sent pictures of the two has yet slideshows see the difference, so I really need someone who knows Quilling
